When you call a new or existing customer you'll build rapport, you'll ask them all the right questions to find out what makes them tick. And you'll use your sales techniques to match them with products and packages. You'll be the voice of client, so your phone manner is the biggest deal here. Up-front, friendly and polite, that's you. Full training is given to ensure you are fully knowledgeable with product information; you must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

You may already be a sales advisor, telesales executive or maybe in an alternative sales role - B2B, Account manager, Lead generation or outbound - whatever sales background you come from… if you're career-driven, sales focused, money hungry and ready for a new challenge, we would like to hear from you. You will have excellent pc skills and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously. Experience working within a regulated call centre environment is advantageous. You must also possess excellent communication, questioning and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the business. You must also possess extensive experience working within a target driven environment, with the ability to work too weekly and sales targets. Cross selling of other products and services. Ability to build effective rapport with customers.

Full Time Hours - Monday to Thursday 1pm - 9pm, Friday 12-8.00pmPart Time Hours - Monday to Thursday 5pm - 9pm, Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday
