Salary: Dependant on experience
Location: Working between the Bishopbriggs and the Airdrie site as required.
Contract: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resource Planner within the existing Resource Planning function. Reporting directly to the Resource Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of Schedules in a large and fast paced Contact Centre environment.
The role will focus mainly on meeting client scheduling expectations, working closely with Operations and ensuring all stakeholders are fully aware of the planning process being followed.
Applicants will need to be able to give examples successes to date in terms of how you have added value to accounts/projects as an effective Scheduling Analyst and how you feel value can be added to other accounts in this role.

Demonstrate your ability to work under pressure with multiple projects or large number of FTEs
Open, approachable, a proven team player with strong communication skills.
Experience of using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven problem solving skills and a sound analytical approach.
Ability to manage own work load to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
Sound working knowledge of Workforce Management tools
Experience using Verint is essential
