Casual Cook 1 (Function/Event Catering)/Casual Cleaner (Commercial)
Various locations within Dumfries and Galloway
£8.33 per hour
You will be required to work as and when required. You may be required to work evenings/weekends
*Cook 1 (Function/Event Catering)
You will be required to work at various locations providing catering support for catering functions and events throughout the region. Catering duties will include: basic food preparation, serving meals, setting up and clearing function rooms and kitchens, dishwashing, money handling etc. Experience is preferred but full training will be given if required. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous.
This post is subject to candidate vetting through Disclosure Scotland.
You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning of general facilities including washrooms etc. You must be able to use your own initiative. Experience is desirable, although full training will be provided if required.
The above salary includes a current living wage supplement.
