15 hours per week(Monday - Friday 3.00 p.m.- 4.30 p.m.- 4.30 p.m. - 6.00p.m.
Fixed Term - 31 March 2017
Duties will include carrying out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls etc. You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management.
The post holder will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues. They will be paid the appropriate rate for8.5 hoursper weekfor undertaking these tasks . The appropriate grade for these tasks is Grade 1 Level 2 SCP20 -21, the remaining9 hours perweek will be paid at Grade 1 Level 1 SCP 19.Requirements
