Dalweem Residential Home, Aberfeldy
To support in the day to day running of the kitchen within Dalweem in preparing and serving light snack/meals for up to 24 residents.
Candidate should have basic cooking skills, elementary Food Hygiene certificate or the commitment to undertake this.
Assisting the cook with salad and vegetable preparation.
General kitchen and dining room duties eg washing up, setting up tables and clearing away of equipment
Cleaning of the kitchen to a high standard
Daily Record keeping which includes Stock control/rotation, Temperature charts, Food Safety Management & Cleaning Schedules.
