Outline of job role and purpose - You will report to the Head of Service Delivery. You will be responsible for the delivery of the major and minor capital and maintenance programmes within your area. You will be one of 3 area co-ordinators covering the SCTS estate and will be responsible for delivering the programme ensuring that time, quality and value for money is maintained in all projects.

Outline of candidate profile – You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of customers inside the SCTS and Justice partners. You will have a building or engineering professional qualification or equivalent skills in the construction or facilities management industry. A successful track record of project delivery and programme management experience is essential. A driving licence will be essential to carry out this role.
