Search Construction is looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to work for an award winning private house builder.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the completion of post handover repairs as part of their customers two year NHBC warranty.

Candidates need to have experience in a similar role & understand the building industry & what is covered & what is not covered by the NHBC warranty.

You will need to be highly organised with strong planning & communication skills & be able to liaise with & influence sub contractors, tradesmen & clients alike whilst delivering a high level of customer care.

The chosen candidate will be joining a quality house builder with an established team enjoying on-going investment & success.
