35 HOURS PER WEEK (Monday to Friday)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clerk of Works to join Link Group.
The Clerk of Works will work as part of a multi-skilled team and will be responsible for inspecting the construction of Link’s housing development projects, contributing to the provision of a high quality service to internal and external customers.
The post holder will also be expected to undertake specific clerking on planned and cyclical maintenance projects.
The post will be based in Link’s Falkirk Office but there will be a requirement to work throughout Link’s areas of operation, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
What is required
Proven experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role
Good working knowledge of building technology and contemporary regulations
Knowledge of all health and safety procedures relating to development projects
Understanding of construction legislative framework surrounding the role
Knowledge of and commitment to good customer care and customer focused service delivery
HNC in Building / Technical / Construction related subject or equivalent
