If you are from an Electrical Contracts Management or supervisory background within the Building Services sector and have an interest in being responsible for the day to day project and commercial management over multiple M&E installation projects, then this is a rare opportunity to become a part of one of Scotland's fastest growing M&E Building Services contractors based from their head offices in the outskirts of Glasgow

As a developing and growing Building Services contractor and a Design and Build specialist, this business currently experiencing a period of growth due to winning multiple projects across the whole of Central Scotland, including both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Joining an existing projects team, you'll be responsible for the full Electrical contracts management for significant M&E Building Services projects up to the value of 4mil, particularly within the healthcare, commercial, industrial and education industries throughout the whole of Scotland.

We're looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Electrical engineering function on many key projects for the organisation. Finding cost effective solutions to any issues on projects and an ability to still not compromise on quality whilst fully managing a tight labour force is a major facet of this role. Ultimately, the key to this role is the ability to liaise and work with key stakeholders at all levels in order to ensure repeat business and develop existing relationships with a wide range of clients.

Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services contractor in either an Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Contracts Supervisor role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management on turnkey Building Services projects.

At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate extensive Electrical Building Services management experience in an M&E Building Services organisation. You should have a wide and well developed commercial awareness as well as a track record on delivering on multiple projects.

As well as a competitive salary between 40k to 50k depending on your experience, and you can expect a benefits package which include a car allowance, pension contribution and private healthcare.
