A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Facilities Management Central Compliance Team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual for the Compliance Engineer role based in Perth on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day planning and delivery of statutory and mandatory preventative maintenance and remedial work packages identified by specialist and professional reports. This portfolio consists of approximately 170 sites throughout the UK and Ireland with a vast range of equipment and plant, which is maintained through the use of best practice and bespoke service delivery models.

Your responsibilities will extend to liaising with service delivery partners, you will arrange work completion and you will engage with compliance advisors and offer technical support when required. You will programme works to ensure completion dates are achieved on time and on budget and you will prepare monthly WIP and contractor performance reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed a recognised apprenticeship in either an electrical or mechanical discipline with relevant business experience within the building services industry. You should have experience in CAFM/CMMS and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

You should have strong IT skills, in particular Word, Excel, Project and Outlook and have a good knowledge and experience of statutory compliance, building regulations and facilities. You should have experience in evaluating supplier quotations, risk assessment and method statements.

You should have specific experience gained within electrical, fire, mechanical, HVAC, ACM management or water management service environments. Knowledge of Construction Design and Management regulations (CDM 2015) and experience with AutoCAD 2015LT would be advantageous.
