This multi-faceted contractor who prides itself on offering cutting-edge solutions that satisfy its client's needs, whilst maintaining the highest level of service, has an opening in its experienced Noticing team. Due to an enviable order book of long term work and as part of its existing growth plan it is now expanding the team and can consider both experienced and junior noticing professionals.

As a noticing co-ordinator you will responsible for completing all aspects of street works noticing. As part of this your responsibilities will include:

Analysing data to identify sub-contractor performance issues and assist in developing solutions.
Oversee sub-contractors to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Ensuring all specification and regulations are met.
Liaising with Clients and local authorities.
Compiling Symology data for managers.
Coordination of activities with the client, sub-contractor and council.

This role will suit an ambitious graduate or knowledgeable project co-ordinator/ administrator as well as someone vastly experienced within noticing. You must have an ability to problem solve as well as being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standard of work. Experience of Symology would be hugely beneficial.
