Requirements for the job include:
·Experience of retail fit out contracts
·Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
The role will involve:
·Managing a fast track fit-out contract
·Overseeing specialist sub-contractors
·Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being followed at all times
·Reports, daily paperwork such as site diaries and emails.
·Working 6 days a week, up to 10 hours a day
