This is an excellent opportunity to be working on a high profile project and you will be an integral member of an already strong team offering a variety of work, dealing with the commercial management of both pre and post contract aspects of a range of Design & Build new build and refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate will be working towards or already hold a Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification and have relevant Quantity Surveying experience from tendering through to final accounts, ideally within the construction industry. A proven track record of having worked within in a multi-disciplined team environment will be an advantage, as well as having a good solid working knowledge of both JCT and NEC3 forms of contract.
