Avenue have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading Managed Print Services company in Aberdeen as a Helpdesk Agent.
This role is on a permanent basis and will involve the following:
Responsibility for elements of the Xerox Service Manager and providing post installation after care to meet the objectives of the Managed Print Services (MPS) department, as well as some administrative tasks in support of the wider company interests.
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will:
*Offer first line helpdesk phone support for MPS customers
*Have full responsibility for consumables management/incident alerts
*Keep up to date with Xerox Service Manager (XSM) consumable and incident management.
*Provide a high level of customer support and advising the Helpdesk Manager of any difficulty or incident that will impact on service level agreements
*Manage calls through to resolution or escalation if necessary.
*Promote the company brand through good practice.
*Any other reasonable task as instructed by the Operations and Helpdesk Managers (MPS).
*The ability to establish healthy working relationships with all customers, staff and outside agency staff
*A high attention to detail
*IT skills to include Office 2003/07/10
*Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7, in particular Excel
*Use of ticketing system software
*Printer configuration and installation
*Xerox knowledge desirable
*Discretion with sensitive Staff/Customer issues
*An organised, methodical and outgoing personality
