Location - Airdrie

Salary - Up to £15.500 per annum

Employment type - Temporary to Permanent

Hours- 37.5

Shifts- 5 days over 7. Campaign operating window is 8am - 10pm

Training- 2 weeks, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Start Date - 10/10/2016

Which brand will you represent?

Providing first class customer service, you will support the inbound order line in delivering exceptional customer care. Working for one of the market leading online and mail order retailers, the role involves supporting customer service within the inbound order line, setting up new customers and processing payments to accounts. Supporting the customer through the order process and also providing information on special offers and promotions that may be available to individual customers.
