Part-Time Inbound Customer Service Advisors Required.

In this role you will be taking inbound calls from Virgin Media customers, providing general information and assisting with a variety of queries in a professional and timely manner. Excellent training will be provided.
- To answer inbound telephone calls
- To communicate effectively with customers displaying an assertive and professional manner at all times.
- To record accurate details of information gathered during telephone calls onto company systems.
- To provide excellent customer service at all times.
- To adhere to required quality standards.
- To work as part of a team and to support other team members as required.
To undertake any appropriate training required to fulfil your role and to take part in your own self-development.
SALARY: Up to £15500 per annum + Bonus
HOURS OF WORK: You must be fully flexible to work 5 days per week (20 hours) on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of: Monday to Sunday 5:45pm to 10pm
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in a previous role
- Enthusiasm and dedication with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
