The Role

Within the role you’ll support customers with a range of enquiries regarding their car and home insurance policies, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service

We are looking for great people who will listen and ask the right questions, whilst bringing their personality and enthusiasm to ensure each customer receives the attention and care they deserve. You will know how to always put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, putting them at ease by delivering a polite, friendly and professional service, where empathy and building rapport are central. Good computer skills and the ability and focus to maintain attention to detail whilst working to quality and compliance measures are also a must.

Full training will be provided with on-going remote support to ensure you have the required knowledge and skills to succeed and enjoy your role. Working Hours

Working hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday. We can offer hours ranging between 27 and 40 hours.

Full time hours would be on split shifts as we don’t have a requirement for cover between 13:00 – 16:00 

Likely to include one late night per week and one weekend day every two weeks.

Customer Service experience and good computer skills
