Customer Service Advisor (Part Or Full Time) - Home Based

Salary: 8,900 to 17,100 depending on hours and contract

A fantastic opportunity to join our successful growing company working from home (no more commuting) as a Customer Services Advisor in a fully employed permanent role. We are looking for advisors who are friendly, outgoing and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, customer focused approach and a can do attitude.

You’ll work an important role providing an excellent service whilst receiving inbound calls from customers of well-known brands. You'll be a key point of contact for the customers, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest to resolve their query.

You’ll need to demonstrate to us you have the skills and experience from a strong customer service or call centre background. We will also need you to share examples of your decision making skills, resilience to approach each call as the first of the day, organisation and not forgetting your PC technical ability of being able to multi task between systems during a calls.

Earning potential is between £8,900 and £17,100 (including bonus) depending on your role, performance and how many hours you are contracted to work each week.

Working Hours:

Our working hours range from 8am through to midnight with peak and mandatory hours (Fixed & annualised) relevant to each client

Annualised hours mean, if you are employed to work a set number of hours per week, during “off peak weeks” you will be required to work less hours per week, and then during “peak weeks”, you will be required to work more hours per week

Flexibility is a must, as you will be working multiple intra-day shifts. Be prepared to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays!

Extra Important Requirements

You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a dedicated wired broadband connection, a dedicated to work PC (desktop) and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications. You will also need to attend a mandatory paid full time training course of between 2 and 9 weeks (specific for each client) to be delivered virtually over set shifts.
