We are a fast growing company operating 3 e-commerce as well as other offline channels offering watches and sunglasses to customers around the world. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities


•    Interact directly with customers either by email or telephone
•    Process orders, forms, applications and requests
•    Assist with refunds, exchanges or cancellations
•    Resolve and respond promptly to customer inquiries
•    Liaise closely with ecommerce team and warehouse staff

Requirements


•    Proven customer support experience
•    Strong phone handling skills and active listening
•    Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities, and manage time effectively
•    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Essential Skills

•    1-2 year(s) of experience in customer service role
•    Interpersonal Skills
•    Communication skills – verbal and written
•    Problem analysis and problem solving
•    Attention to detail and accuracy
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Desirable Skills

•    Experience of using helpdesk system (Happy Fox, Intercom, Zendesk or similar)
