Working Saturday & Sundays Day & Evening Hours Available

Part Time Between 10 and 20 Hours Per Week

My Client is a successful organisation based in the Dunfermline area. Due to continuous growth they have a requirement to expand their Customer Service Team.

We are looking for suitable Candidates to work between 10 and 20 hours per week which will include Saturday and Sunday days and evenings.

Duties will include:

  • Answer incoming calls from Customers and provide excellent and professional service levels
  • Input data into the in-house database system
  • Understand individual Customer requirements and recognise most appropriate course of action
  • Liaise internally for guidance
  • Provide solutions to problems in a timely manner

To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous customer service skills are essential including retail, call centre, sales, hospitality
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service levels at all times
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to quickly establish the Customers requirements
