Brilliant customer service is universal. So if you know what it takes to help shoppers in a retail environment, visitors in a hotel or diners in a restaurant, you’ll have the skills to help customers in a leading pensions and savings business. As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll put those skills to the test every day, building customer relationships by understanding and meeting needs. You’ll answer queries on our products and services, providing information and resolving any issues as quickly and accurately as possible – whether over the phone, online or via mail. Being a confident, clear communicator is absolutely central to the role, both in person and in writing. It’s also important that you keep up with the latest developments in our product range and in the law that affects us. But that doesn’t mean you need to be a seasoned financial services professional. It’s not even vital that you’ve worked in an office or contact centre (though it might be useful). What’s important is that you have solid customer service experience, together with the pride and passion to make a difference to our customers’ lives on a daily basis.

Your starting salary will be up to £18K depending on your experience. Once you start with us this will be reviewed on a regular basis and as you achieve set milestones your basic salary will rise accordingly. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to 8% - 12% annual bonus, alongside 12% non-contributory pension (worth £1860 to 2160pa), private healthcare, a generous holiday allowance of 31.5 days plus up to 12 flexi days with the option to buy and sell additional holidays according to your needs.
