Working as part of a team, you will co-ordinate and deliver an excellent front-line customer service in our mid and market rental properties.  You will let and manage a portfolio of properties, deal with customers on a day-to-day basis and supervise the estate management of our developments.

You will have a “can do” approach to dealing with challenges and a commitment to customer-focussed services, while at the same time appreciating the demands of operating in a competitive business environment.

You will have experience of delivering a high quality, responsive front-line service to customers and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the private rental market and/or sales & marketing would be desirable.   Our portfolio of properties is throughout central Scotland and therefore you will have a full valid driving licence and use of a car.

Interviews are scheduled to be held on 30th January 2017.
