Search Consultancy are working on an exclusive basis with a leading utilities company in Edinburgh. This growing company offers a competitive basic salary along with a fantastic benefits package, which includes, company and individual bonus opportunity, on site parking, pension and life assurance.

If you have a passion for customer service and resolving customer issues and queries then this is the role for you. Our client has a number of positions available in their Contact Service team which will involve you being the first point of contact for business customers. You will be expected to take ownership of calls and resolve in the first instance where possible. This role will also involve following up with administrative tasks related to the calls handled.

The role is full time and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm (this can be a 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6).
