This is an exciting opportunity to help us to improve the way me manage our complaints handling and drive improvement for all of our customers.
You will be central to implementing our new complaints policy and procedure, a major programme of change aimed at improving our overall customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in a variety of teams: in housing, care, research and corporate level, undertake ongoing analysis of how we are doing and where we can improve, and make the case for change with our executive team.
To be successful in this role you will need to bring an enthusiasm for making positive change with a focus on improving our customer experience. You will be a confident and clear communicator, able to influence a range of people. You will be designing and implementing training on a new IT system, so you will need to be a confident and experienced IT user.
