You will be required to have the following skills and experience
* Must have customer support/service experience
* Excellent phone manner required
* Fluent in English.
* Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience of working in a bilingual environment.
* General customer Support.
* Provide support via phone and email for inbound customer contacts.
* Ability to engage with customers from various backgrounds.
£16,500 - £18,000
Monday - Friday business hours
