Our client who is a leading manufacturer is looking for an experienced export administrator to join their customer service team based in Lanarkshire.

This role requires direct communication between production and customers.  You will work as part of a team and be responsible for organising, co-ordinating and managing total demand to meet customer expectations.  Your main duties will include processing orders, forecast demand, ensuring goods are shipped and distributed.

You will have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers.  Extensive communication both internally and externally is required and strong interpersonal skills is a must to support this.  Previous experience within Logistics/export is essential.  Fluent in Spanish is essential both verbal and written.
