Working as part of the Awards & Live Events Team based in our Glasgow office, the Events Administrator reports directly to the Awards Director.

The Role 

Key responsibilities: To provide outstanding administrative support to the awards team and assist the team with extensive clients’ and suppliers’ liaison across the entire portfolio of events and awards. As part of the team you will be involved in delivering memorable events and ensuring outstanding experience for all our attendees.

Key skills:

Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
Great customer service and naturally helpful 
Experience of handling external enquiries and quick learner
First-rate computer skills
Proven ability to work well within a small team
Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively

Enthusiastic, diligent, conscientious

Your Profile 

We look for highly articulate, reliable, determined, tenacious and passionate graduates or experienced administrators/client service executives who can succeed in a deadline driven environment. Excellent administration and people skills, enthusiasm and superior attention to detail are essential.  You must hold a university degree and have a previous office experience. You will be working as part of a small and experienced team, you will receive good training and will be given opportunities to shine.
