You will be dealing with all aspects of customer service, including complaints from customers, liaising with branches and managers up to Director level.
The ideal candidate must be assertive, enthusiastic and well organised along with the ability to be firm and fair whilst dealing with individual cases.
Excellent IT and good communication skills are essential.
We are currently recruiting at our Head Office, Hillington.
