Purpose of Role:

This role is within our busy Customer Service department and includes customer order processing, sales support and managing our key account customer’s enquiries. We have a core customer base across a number of different market channels including online; therefore the ideal candidate will be challenged by the variety in all aspects of this role.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all Customer enquiries in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • To provide guidance on a range of company products
  • Process orders and manage all enquiries including enquiries inbox
  • Provide an after-sales service and manage discrepancies and investigations with third party client services in a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with our Sales team
  • Ensure individual customer specifications are adhered to and updated when required
  • Communicate with internal and external customers

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Ability to develop product knowledge to maximise effectiveness in this role
  • Ability to take ownership and manage challenging situations
  • Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate & competent in Microsoft programmes especially Excel
  • Self-Motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Team player
  • Strong Organisation skills
