Pagazzi are hiring a new customer service representative to be based at our Head Office in Newton Mearns. The customer service role is an integral part of the online team and will require a polite and motivated individual to take ownership of the customer service function. PAGAZZI is the UK’s largest, independently owned lighting and mirror retailer which has ambitious plans for expansion. Trading for over 30 years we have 17 stores in the UK ranging from our lighting superstores in premier retail parks to factory outlet stores within key outlet shopping centres. We have an unrivalled range of both lighting and mirrors with many of our designs being exclusive.
The successful applicant will have duties which are broadly described as being a mix of customer services and administration. The role involves using MS Office, particularly Excel, and talking to customers by telephone and email, so excellent communication skills are essential. Our office is located in Newton Mearns.
The customer service role is an integral part of the online team and will require a polite and motivated individual to take ownership of the customer service function. As an experienced CSR, you will be expected to manage and take an intellectual lead on all customer service related tasks and come up with innovative ideas and suggestions on how to improve current operations and procedures.
The time dedicated to the customer service role varies depending on seasonal trends, which means that the role also involves other administrative tasks that will aid other departments in the business. The successful applicant will have fantastic attention to detail, be self-motivated, be willing to take on a number of tasks and have an upbeat manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, committed and passionate attitude with a ‘can do’ approach as well as having attention to detail.
Full Time Post - 40 hours per week on a rota basis
