Customer Service Advisor
Salary - Up to £15,500 per annum
Hours- 37.5 per week- 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday working flexible shifts
Contract - Permanent
Training- 1 week Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Start Date- 23 January 2017 and ongoing
Teleperformance is working with Close Brothers Premium Finance which is part of Close Brothers, a leading UK merchant banking group. Working as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor in a busy fast paced environment you will handle any customer queries efficiently and always be compliant with all applicable regulations. Working as part of a team you will be proactive and resolutions driven in your approach, ultimately ensuring Close Brothers Premium Finance is seen as a company that is easy to do business with.
Previous financial experience would be desirable. The right candidate would be target driven with good numeracy and literacy skills and a confident professional manner to represent the company. You will deal with direct customers, brokers and also various internal departments adapting each time to deliver complex information in clear and concise manner.
