Our client is a Strategic Operations Outsourcer who has a proven track record of working with the best known brands in the sector. They are a world class leader in Industrial, Engineering and Technical markets. Covering a cross section of different markets including power generation, marine, petrochemical, nuclear, home energy, satellite and telecommunications, education, healthcare, events services, civil engineering, water and construction.

Their flagship office in Glasgow requires a small intake of Inbound Customer Dispatchers to help support their ever growing business. This role is a fast paced, challenging environment, with no two days being the same. We are looking for hardworking, committed individuals who enjoy working to deadlines and dealing with customers, and engineers in the field.

Your day to day role will involve assisting the customers and engineers to help resolve any queries or issues they may have, these challenges can be varied and we are looking for 2 people who naturally go above and beyond to help a customer and colleagues whilst fully supporting the company's brand to the highest level.

You will have good PC skills and some form of customer service expertise. The role will involve on the job training to get you up to speed with the company's services and procedures.

In return you will have the opportunity to work with a partner on a global platform, who has grown tenfold in the last few some of their biggest ambassadors being the people who are currently working with them, the people who have equally grown with the company and have seen the transition over the past few years.

It's a busy place, so you need to be quick, accurate and the culture and the people are what makes the place, it has a great working environment, the staff are friendly and approachable.

Operating hours are from 8.00am - 9.00pm 5/7 days. Must be fully flexible to cover a range of shifts between these times. The office takes calls 365 days per year.
