Salary: £7.50 per hour
An excellent position is available for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client based north of Glasgow.
This position will be on a temporary basis initially however there could also be a permanent position available.
You will be joining a busy and established team and the main duties will include:
Taking inbound calls from customers
Taking bookings and assigning to in-house system
Updating customer information i.e. change of address
High volume data entry
The successful applicant will have gained experience of taking a high volume of inbound customer calls and you will be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment.
You will also have good data entry skills and take pride in your work being accurate.
Good opportunity to potentially progress to a permanent role.
