We have fantastic opportunities within our professional Contact Centre for highly motivated individuals. You will play a key role within our business delivering a high quality service to a range of customers which include Builders Merchants, Architects, Installers and Private Customers.
We are currently recruiting for full-time (37.5 hrs), permanent Customer Service Advisors.
- Delivering a memorable experience for our customers; whilst providing comprehensive and accurate product and services information
- Inspiring and educating our customers with product choice
- Continuously reviewing our processes to ensure our customers receive an outstanding experience every time
- A passion for providing superb customer service
- Ability to build effective relationships when communicating by telephone and email
- Identifies customer needs and acts as a professional consultant
- Demonstrates excellent literacy, numeracy and accurate processing skills
- I.T proficient
- Demonstrates confidence when making decisions and adapts easily to new initiatives in a fast paced environment
