CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS – Box Office
Part-time (average of 8-15 hours per week) flexible shift patterns

£7.97/ hour

Daytime, Evening and weekend work: various shifts – 3 or 4 posts

Eden Court is the Theatre for the Highlands and Islands. We present a wide and varied programme of music, drama, dance, comedy and film and a range of arts education activities serving the people of the Highlands and visitors to the area.  We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people with a love of theatre, cinema and the arts to work as Customer Service Assistants in our Box Office.

Customer Service Assistants in our Box Office sell tickets and provide information to our customers over the phone and face to face as part of our Box Office team.  Sales focused and dedicated to providing exceptional customer care, you will have a background in a customer facing environment, excellent keyboard and telephone skills and be comfortable dealing with a diverse range of customers in a busy sales environment. In addition to sales duties, the role will include an amount of Administration, including processing membership paperwork.

Our Box Office is open 7 days per week between 10:00 and 20:00 or later, and so your ability to be flexible is vital. Successful applicants will be required to work on a shift basis as required. Hours cannot be guaranteed and will change on a week-by-week basis depending on the Theatre and Cinema programme.

These positions are offered on a flexible basis – you will be called for shifts subject to business need and are not guaranteed a set number of hours each week.
