Conference and Events Administrator
Maternity cover (up to 12 months)
(Full time – 37.5 hours)
Eden Court is the Theatre for the Highlands and Islands. We present a wide and varied programme of music, drama, dance, comedy and film and a range of arts education activities serving the people of the Highlands and visitors to the area.
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with experience of organising and running successful conferences, meetings or other events.
The Conference and Events Administrator works closely with the Conference and Events Manager and with other parts of the organisation to consolidate and improve the service we offer to business clients, from initial enquiry through to final delivery of the event. They maintain our current high standards of delivery and look for opportunities to improve what we offer to our clients.
You will have strong administrative skills and a commitment to high standards of customer care.
The post is to cover a period of maternity leave starting in early April 2017. It will last for up to 12 months, but may be for a shorter period, depending on the needs of the current post holder.
