Recruitment Administrator Livingston   18,000 to 20,000 per annum

Pertemps Scotland urgently require an additional Recruitment Coordinator to work on new accounts which have been won in the Central Belt.  Immediate start available for the right candidate and the opportunity to start a career with one of the UK's Top 100 Employers

Based in Livingston, the duties will involve:

- recruiting for a variety of vacancies using a number of websites

- screening the volume responses

- booking suitable candidates for interview or assessment events

- confirming the details by e-mail and text

Candidates will have to demonstrate:

-excellent communication skills - over the telephone, in writing and face to face

- good organisational skills and administration capability

-previous experience of dealing with the public, preferably in a recruitment environment

- good IT skills and the ability to use Excel

- good problem solving skills

- the ability to see a task through to the end

- Good attention to detail
