The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administration systems are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will be required to maintain booking systems for courses and premises, send joining instructions to candidates, raise invoices and maintain petty cash system. Some reception duties will be included. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have good communication and excellent computer skills.
We are currently recruiting at our Bodyshop, Motherwell.
Hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm.
