We have an exciting opportunity for a customer support advisor who has the customer service and admin skills to play a key role supporting the smooth running of British Red Cross operations at the shared service centre in Paisley.

The shared service centre assists the organisation in a range of financial and support services such as accounts payable, credit control, financial control, project management, human resources, facilities and administration, so it is an interesting, varied and exciting place to work.

As a customer support advisor, your main focus will be providing a high level of customer service through first line telephone and e-mail support to all British Red Cross staff and volunteers. This will include answering enquiries via e-mail and telephone for the accounts, credit control and HR teams, responding to and resolving queries and allocating calls to the right staff accordingly.   

If you have experience of working in a support desk environment and have a commitment to ensuring the delivery of great customer service along with the ability to work to resolve customer enquiries at all times then this is a great opportunity for you.  You should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as IT skills.
