The retirement of the current post holder has generated an exciting opportunity to join the Senior Management Team of Ayr College. We are currently seeking applications from talented, enthusiastic individuals who are committed and able to lead the delivery of the highest standards of learning and teaching.

In order to build on this success, we are committed to further enhancing our provision with the appointment of a Curriculum Director who will lead a range of curriculum units within the College.

An experienced leader with exceptional management skills, you will possess the drive required to successfully engage and lead curriculum teams, instilling a culture of innovation and creativity whilst providing a reliable and sustainable framework which supports the continuous development of learning and teaching.

Qualified to degree level or above, you will bring thorough and proven knowledge and understanding of current learning and teaching thinking and practice, a proven track record of delivery, ideally gained within the FE sector, and a profile to match your achievements.

Please note, at this stage, it is anticipated that the selection process will be scheduled for the 18th and/or 19th August, 2011.
