Job Description The Bilingual Pupils' Support Service is a front-line education service which supports parents/carers, schools and communities to ensure that Dundee's bilingual learners have equal access to learning opportunities and achieve their potential. The teachers and bilingual co-workers in the service work together to encourage families to maintain and develop their home language while acquiring English. Based in Dryburgh Education Resource Centre, you will work full time, 35 hours per week.
Requirements You will be GTCS Registered in the appropriate sector, have knowledge of the relevant curriculum area and an awareness of the main current issues in Scottish education. Responsibilities You will build the capacity of staff in schools in teaching and learning approaches for bilingual pupils.
