Supply Assessor - Aquaculture
Variable hours on an as and when basis.
Hourly rate: £15.09 per hour.
Responsible: Programme and Development Manager.
Job Purpose: To monitor and assess candidates in the workplace against the occupational standards and contribute to the development and efficient operation of the department to meet Inverness College UHI’s strategic plan.
Key Accountabilities include:
- To work with allocated candidates as specified by the Programme and Development Manager.
- To assess allocated candidates in their workplace against the standards and in line with the systems developed by the department for that purpose.
- To maintain contact with and provide feedback to candidates, working closely with them to ensure standards are met.
These roles present a unique opportunity for to join our supply bank of Assessors.
As an ideal candidate you will have industry experience together with high technical skills. You should also have excellent communication and IT skills. In addition, applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification. Assessor qualifications (A1 V1 Units or equivalent) would be desirable.
