Job Purpose: To identify opportunities for the reduction of carbon emissions in accordance with the Council's policies on energy and sustainability and to provide technical advice, instruction, information and support on all aspects of the efficient operation of building services and energy reduction programmes in buildings.
To provide professional and technical advice and information on all aspects of building services; design, operation and maintenance in buildings, in line with the Council's policies
