Electrical Estimator - CHA/J10912 Glasgow £35000 to £45000 per annum Benefits: Car allowance and pension contriubtion
This national Building Services contractor has operated throughout the Scottish market for many years where they have built a strong contracting business primarily in the Aberdeen area. Their business is currently going through a planned spell of growth and change where they plan to gain a further foothold within the medium sized project market up to the value of £5mil. Joining an organisation that has a long standing presence in Scotland, you will be working on the preparation, management and submission of electrical estimates on both new build, refurbishment and design & build projects within the commercial sectors.
We're looking for someone who can bring their electrical building services expertise in order to win small to medium sized M&E projects as well as performing a vital part in the work-winning function for the business. A keen focus of this role will involve the negotiation and preparation of quotations for works in conjunction with the whole commercial team with support largely from a passionate and driven pre-construction and electrical operations team.
Ideally, you're currently working as an Electrical Estimator for an M&E Building Services contractor and are looking for a new challenge within a commercially focussed team where you will be at the forefront of the Electrical pre-construction process.

As well as an annual salary of between £40k to £45k per annum, you can expect a benefits package which will include a company car/car allowance, matched pension scheme and private healthcare.
