Cathcart Energy are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Manager for our client in the Onshore Wind industry.

You will have responsibility for leading and managing the team of Project Managers based in Edinburgh delivering on a project pipeline of over 40 wind farms around the UK and Northern Europe over the next 3 years.

You will be involved in growing the current team and developing more junior members as well as ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on budget and in a timely fashion.

You will have full line management responsibility for the Project Managers and act as the senior authority for technical areas of project management and evaluation and down selection of subcontractors for the construction projects.

Experience in Project management of wind farm construction projects is required for this post as is line management experience of other project managers.

The role will be based in Edinburgh and the package on offer includes a base of 60,000 to 65,000 plus a 7,200 car allowance, 15% bonus as well as pension and private medical cover.

This role is for a fixed duration until the end of January 2018 and may well be extended beyond then or made permanent.
