A vacancy exists in the Technology (Mechanical) Section of Oncology Physics. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the routine duties in the section, including linear accelerator maintenance and QA and repair and development of new equipment. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for the work involved.
Minimum qualifications are a degree or an equivalent level of knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering is essential. Radiation Physics experience will be an advantage, but in-house training can be arranged.
