Mechanical Project Manager - CHA/J11287 Edinburgh £45000 to £53000 per annum Benefits: Car allowance/company car and pension contribution

If you are from a Mechanical Project Management background within the Building Services sector and have an interest in being responsible for the day to day project and commercial management over a medium sized M&E Building Services project, then this is a rare opportunity to become a part of one of Scotland's most well established M&E Building Services contractors based from their head offices in the outskirts of Edinburgh
This leading M&E Contractor's expanding business operation is currently experiencing a period of growth due to winning multiple projects across the whole of Scotland. Joining an existing projects team, you'll be responsible for the full mechanical project management for significant M&E Building Services projects up to the value of £5mil, particularly within the healthcare, commercial fit-out and education sectors throughout the East of Scotland, where they have a variety of traditional build projects as well as fast trackframewwork projects.
We're looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Mechanical engineering function on many major and key projects for the organisation. Finding cost effective solutions to any issues on projects and an ability to still not compromise on quality whilst fully managing a large direct labour force as well as specialist sub-contractors is a major facet of this role.
Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services contractor in either a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management on large scale major projects.
At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate extensive Mechanical project engineering and management experience in an M&E Building Services organisation. You should have a wide and well developed commercial awareness' as well as a track record on delivering on multiple projects.
As well as a competitive salary between £45k to £53k, you can expect a benefits package which include a car allowance and matched pension scheme.
