Do you want to become part of a dynamic and growing business which currently has a large variety of commercial projects across the whole of Central Scotland? If you are from a Mechanical Project Management background within the Building Services sector and have an interest in being responsible for the day to day project and commercial management over medium sized M&E Building Services projects, then this is a rare opportunity to become a part of one of Scotland's most well established M&E Building Services contractors based from their head offices in the Glasgow area.

This Building Services contractor's expanding business operation is currently implementing an extensive long-term growth strategy in conjunction with winning multiple projects across the whole of Scotland. Joining an existing projects team, you'll be responsible for the full mechanical project management for significant M&E Building Services projects up to the value of 10mil, particularly within the healthcare, commercial, industrial and education industries in West and Central Scotland.

The successful applicant will combine their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Mechanical engineering function on many major and key projects for the organisation. Finding cost effective solutions to any issues on projects and an ability to still not compromise on quality whilst fully managing a large labour force is a major facet of this role. Ultimately, the key to this role is the ability to liaise and work with key stakeholders at all levels in order to ensure repeat business and develop existing relationships with major Main Contractors. You will need to have had exposure to the various commercial and financial reporting aspects to major M&E projects and have a well developed contractual knowledge.

Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services contractor in either a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management within a forward thinking Building Services Contractor. At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate extensive Mechanical project engineering and management experience in an M&E Building Services organisation.

As well as a competitive salary between 45k to 55k, you can expect a benefits package which include a car allowance, fuel card and matched pension scheme.
