Millstream Management Services, a progressive managing agent of privately owned Retirement Living accommodation is recruiting.
We are seeking a Lodge Manager to co-ordinate a development in Bicester.
You will manage both the maintenance of the property and provide excellent customer service to Owners as service delivery is essential.
Duties will include facilitating social events, supporting the sales team and arranging contractors to maintain the building and grounds.
This is a permanent position and the hours of work are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Previous property management or hotel receptionist/events experience would be advantageous, as well as previous work within an emergency services department.
You must have proficient IT skills, a friendly personality and able to work independently.
