Opportunity for an experienced compliance and assurance manager to play a key role delivering an effective control and compliance function within the Red Cross’ shared service centre in Paisley.
The British Red Cross shared service centre is a centre of expertise, providing finance, HR, procurement, fundraising and other services designed to meet the needs of the British Red Cross, enabling colleagues to focus on the delivery of their professional services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and tactical management and development of the services delivered by the control and compliance function and teams. You will also assume responsibility for management reporting and analysis, performance management and the assurance framework, providing assurance as to the completeness and accuracy of information, controls and processes in order to safeguard the organisation's assets and comply with statutory regulations.
